Japan not very high in SNS usage?

(Via 2ndFinger) Ipsos News Center reported the survey result on social network service (SNS) usage. South Korea ranked top, with 66% of respondents saying they visited SNS site at least once duirng the past month; Japan ranked second from the bottom, trailed only by Russia.
