J2M, a Korean online games company, announced they have been acquired by EA for an undisclosed amount.

“This is a significant step in EA’s strategic plan for developing and publishing online games in Asia,” said Jon Niermann, President, EA Asia. “J2M is an experienced team of developers and we can’t wait to have them start creating online games based on new properties and powerful EA franchises.”

I'm good friends with EA Korea CEO, Gilbert Kim, who himself had joined the company earlier through an acquisition - Gilbert was the CEO of Hands-on mobile, a moblie games developer, that had been acquired by EA in May this year. Congratulations to J2M team, and hope J2M will be a good addition to Gilbert's business.
